The founder Mr. Nkau Lerotholi has been involved in a construction sector for over a decade – First as a Housing Manager, then as a Development Manager both in public and private sectors, and most recently as a Managing Director of Mono-Que Holdings Pty Ltd. In recent years, Nkau focuses on team development and coordination to sustain the operations of the company for sustainable solutions in property development and construction spaces.

The Technical Director is Mr. Lehobo Realeboha, a Professionally Registered (PR) Engineer with over 18 years of experience as a consulting engineer. Operations Manager of Mono-Que Holdings is involved in the day-to-day management of the company. He has project management, customer service, academic and business administration skills. He is a highly efficient, dependable, and reliable administrative support that enables the team to meet the deadlines.

The Finance Manager of Mono-Que Holdings Mr. Ngomba Mbua is a registered accountant with business administration skills. He is a highly efficient, dependable, and reliable advisor that enables the team to meet the deadlines.

The director for construction and projects is Mr. Rudzani Mashau who has a wide range of experience. His key expertise is in municipal infrastructure with over 10 years in the engineering infrastructure space.

Our Administrative Officer Ms. Mpho Maphutha is responsible for the day-to-day administrative duties of the company. Her other responsibilities include front desk duties, data capturing and cashbook management.
